Cancelling your order

You have the right to cancel you order at any time before delivery or within 7 working days of receipt of the item.

How to cancel you order:

Please notify us via or our online form or @ info@candyshoes.ie. Upon receipt of your email, a confirmation email will be sent to you. In the instance where you order has already been delivered to you instruction on how to make the return will be sent via email. Refunds will be made in the same method as payment.

Returns and Exchanges

We will accept items provided they are returned as new “shoes must be returned unmarked and in their original shoes box”. To ensure you have the right size, customers can try shoes on a carpeted or soft surface, however Candy Shoes will not accept shoes with any sign of wear and tear.

Exchanges can only be accepted for the same times in different colour and size subject to availability and will only be made once we have received the returned item and processed any additional payment which may be required.

Faulty goods

An item is deemed faulty if it is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault that is immediately evident or occurs within 6 months of the item being received.

Where possible items will be repaired or replaced for the same product, in the same size and colour, subject to availability. If the items cannot be repaired or replaced a full refund will be issued. Repairs to not come with any guarantees.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Gift returns

If you have receive an item as a gift you can exchange it for another item of the same value or more, provided you pay the cost difference and the additional shipping.

How to make a return

  1. Send an email to info@candyshoes.ie with your order number and reason for returning your purchases. Please note your email must be sent within 7 working days of receiving your item.
  2. You will receive an email from our customer care team with full instruction for your return.
  3. Wrap product securely and return with original brand packaging along with refund and exchange form inside box.
